Anti-Corruption Policy

Musufa Sdn. Bhd. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and unethical practices. We prohibit all forms of corrupt conduct, including offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or any improper benefits in connection with our business activities, whether involving public officials or private entities. Our employees, Strategic Collaborators, and third-party partners are required to adhere to this policy, ensuring that all engagements—whether delivering IT solutions, managing client relationships, or collaborating with global partners—are conducted with honesty and fairness.

Compliance with Laws

We comply with all relevant Malaysian laws governing our operations and services, including: 

• Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Act 694): We adhere to anti-corruption laws enforced by the MACC, ensuring no involvement in corrupt practices. 

• Companies Act 2016: We maintain proper corporate governance, transparency, and accountability in our business dealings. 

• Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010: We protect client and user data in compliance with PDPA 2010, ensuring ethical handling of personal information. 

• Communications and Multimedia Act 1998: We ensure our digital services and content comply with regulations enforced by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

However, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we disclaim liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to service interruptions, availability, or quality issues due to external factors (e.g., internet outages, third-party service failures). We aim to provide reasonable service levels in line with industry standards, but availability, performance, or quality may vary, and no guarantees are made unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract. Musufa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, resulting from such circumstances, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed RM 100, as permitted under Malaysian law.
