• What is the purpose of Deen Assist? The purpose of Deen Assist is to make reliable Islamic knowledge easily accessible to everyone, whether you are a Muslim seeking clarity or a non-Muslim curious about Islamic practices. It's designed to answer your questions without judgment and help you learn and understand Islamic teachings in a convenient way.

• Who is Deen Assist for? Deen Assist is for anyone seeking Islamic knowledge and guidance, including:

  • Muslims looking for answers to religious, marital, family, financial, and other life-related questions.

  • Non-Muslims in Malaysia and elsewhere who are curious about Islamic rituals, cultural practices, and beliefs.

• What kind of questions can I ask Deen Assist? You can ask Deen Assist questions related to all aspects of Islam, including but not limited to:

  • Hypothetical scenarios with no practical relevance.

  • Questions intended to test the AI or provoke a specific response.

  • Questions that are clearly outside the scope of Islamic knowledge (e.g., unrelated scientific or historical debates).

  • Questions that promote hatred, discrimination, or violence.

  • Asking irrelevant questions, like what's the date today or how many people live in US. 

• What are the knowledge sources for Deen Assist? Deen Assist's knowledge base is built upon authoritative Islamic sources, primarily drawing from Islamqa and MuftiWP fatwa and schoarly resources to ensure accuracy and reliability based on established Islamic scholarship.

III. Using Deen Assist

• How do I use Deen Assist? Simply type your question in your own language, as your speak (full list of supported languages here) into the chat interface. Deen Assist will process your query and provide a relevant answer based on its knowledge base.

• In which languages can I ask questions? You can ask questions in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Tamil. Deen Assist is designed to understand and respond in these languages, and also a whole bunch of globally spoken languages (full list of supported languages here).

• Will Deen Assist judge my questions? No, Deen Assist is AI Assistant (like a robot) designed to be non-judgmental. You can ask any question you have about Islam without fear of being judged or criticized or queried or questioned. Our aim is to provide guidance and understanding, easily, anytime, anywhere. No questions is big, no question is small and not question is stupid. 

• Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask? At the moment we small limit (as mentioned in your package), that should be for your month's usage. We need to limit the questions, to maintain the workload of the underlying AI infrastructure and our cost. However, Deen Assist is here to assist you in your pursuit of Islamic knowledge.

IV. Registration and Approval

• Who can register for Deen Assist? Deen Assist is available to all citizens and residents of the world, with a valid Identification Card (IC) or passport number and a valid email address. It is not just for Muslims, it's equally avaialble to non-muslim audience or anyone for that matter. 

• Do I need a credit card to register? No, you do not need to provide any credit card information to register for the free trial. But for regular use, you will need to pay for the usage of the underlying infrastructure cost, there will be credit card and various other options of payment. 

• Why do I need to provide my IC/passport number and email address for registration? This is for user identification and to ensure that access is granted to unique individual users. It also helps us manage and potentially personalize your experience in the future.

• How will my personal information be used? Your personal information (IC/passport number and email address) will be used for registration, user authentication, and to manage your access to the app. Musufa is committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your data securely. • How long does the approval process take? The approval process is generally instant or may take a short time for verification. Once your details are submitted and verified and approved, you should have access to Deen Assist, details will be provided via email.

• What if my registration is not approved? If your registration is not approved, please ensure that you have provided a valid IC/passport number and email address. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team at info@musufa.com.my 

V. Pricing and Trial Period

• Is Deen Assist free to use? Deen Assist offers a 2 weeks free trial with exclusive access for invited users. After the trial period, a subscription fee may apply to continue using the app. Details about pricing will be provided before the end of your trial.

• How long is the free trial period? The free trial period is two weeks from the date of your successful registration and approval.

• Will I be notified before my free trial ends? Yes, we will send you a notification via email before your free trial period expires, informing you about the next steps if you wish to continue using Deen Assist.

• What are the pricing options after the trial period? Information about subscription plans and pricing will be made available within the app and on our website www.musufa.com.my  towards the end of the trial period.

• What kind of support is available for Deen Assist? During the trial period and beyond, we will provide support through:
